Election Day is Tuesday, November 4th from 6:30am to 7:30pm.
Check Your Registration
You can look up your registration info to confirm that you are registered and view your polling place (with map and sometimes pictures) NC Voter Lookup [at NC BOE] page. At the page, search for yourself; once you have located your record, click on your name in the result to get more details (such as the precinct and polling place).
You can also check the polling place and precinct by entering your address in the NC Statewide Precinct Finder[at NC BOE] page.

Can I register and vote the same day?
Yes, but only during Early Voting period; not on Primary Day or Election Day. Check Early Voting page for more informationDo I need to bring identification to vote?
Yes, if you are a newly registered voter. No, if you've registered and voted at your current address previously. Bring a drivers license, other government issued ID, social security card, or utility bill for identification purposes if necessary. It's always a good idea to bring proof of residency, just in case.
How can I get a ride to the polls?
You can call the NC Democratic Party at 919-821-2777 and the NC Republican Party at 919-828-6423 and ask them about possible rides to the polls in your area.
